Processing Time
Most Red Elephant orders are processed for shipment within 2–3 business days. Processing time is the time required to prepare an order before it is handed to the carrier.

Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes approximately 5–10 business days, depending on destination, carrier conditions and local delivery networks. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, holidays, customs or other carrier delays.

Carriers
Orders may be shipped through USPS, DHL or another appropriate carrier depending on destination and fulfillment requirements.

International Orders
Shipping prices and terms displayed on this site are based on U.S. delivery unless otherwise stated. International orders may require additional shipping charges. International deliveries may also take longer. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges or import fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout.
