Refunds

Refunds are available for products ordered within thirty (30) days of order completion. Repeated refunds are not permitted unless the product is defective upon delivery.RED ELEPHANT reserves the right to deny refunds to customers who make multiple refund requests or appear to request refunds in bad faith.

To process a refund, contact customer service with your name and account details. Incorrect information may delay or prevent the return. Refunds may take up to two weeks to appear on your credit card, depending on the bank. We charge a 6$ fee for refunds by credit cards No charges for refunds sent by check. Refunds by check typically take up to 14 days to be processed.

Cancellation

To cancel an order, please always reach out to our Customer Service Department. For cancellations made after shipping, you are responsible for payment of items already shipped or received.

Returns
To return an unused product, ask customer support (Customer Contact) for a RMA ( return merchandise authorization). Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and may incur a restocking fee
